Coach Pete is from North Olmsted, OH and was a member of the varsity football and basketball programs where he was a standout in football. As the quarterback and captain, he lead the North Olmsted Eagles to their school’s first playoff berth in 2005. After graduating from North Olmsted High school he continued his education and athletic career at Baldwin Wallace University where he earned his degree in Exercise Science as well as being a 3-year starter at cornerback/return specialist for the Yellow Jackets. Upon graduating, he immediately began working with local gyms as a personal trainer and continued training clients for 5 years up until opening CrossFit Roaster Barbell on October 1st, 2015.
When Coach Pete is not wrapped up in the gym he has some other interests which include designing and building with wood, painting, reading, Seinfeld, cooking, and his German Shepherd Kilo who can be found at the gym on occasion.

Kasey was born in Alabama, raised in Georgia, and is now residing in Fairview Park, Ohio with her husband Michael, and four children Mason, Michael Don, Lucille, and Johnwesley, as well as their two dogs Moses, and Sir. Coach Kasey Grew up playing high school softball around the country leading her summer team to 6 national championships and being inducted into the USSSA team hall of fame. As a 4 year varsity letter winner for Roswell High school she was able to be a part of 4 state championship runs, 3 district titles, and 2 all- state and All American awards. After High school she received a full scholarship to play softball at the University of Alabama, and finished up her career at Mississippi State University with All SEC awards, SEC scholastic scholar awards and a Bachelors of Science in Sports Management. After college Kasey was drafted to play professional softball in the NPF for the Akron Racers, and was selected 3 times as a top 60 invitational athlete for the USA national and Olympic tryouts. Upon retiring from the NPF, she began coaching high school athletes and found a new sport and community in CrossFit. CrossFit has since been a part of her life as an athlete, and the last two years as a CrossFit Coach at Roaster Barbell. She has been a member of CrossFit Roaster Barbell since Day 1, October 1st, 2015.
When Coach Kasey is not at Roaster Barbell she and her husband pastor a local church in North Olmsted, and enjoy spending time at church, with family, watching their children play sports.
